Pork Croquettes With Spinach Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork | 500 Gram | |
| Butter | 15 Gram | |
| Cream | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| 250g packet frozen spinach | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1 1/2 cups packaged breadcrumb | ||
| SPINACH SAUCE | ||
| Onion | 1 , chopped | |
| Plain flour | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken stock | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cream | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Directions
Combine pork mince, soft butter, cream, garlic and half the thawed drained spinach; mix well, refrigerate 30 minutes.
Shape mixture into 6 sausage shapes with floured hands, dip in beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.
Barbecue gently on oiled plate, turning constantly until cooked through and golden brown, serve with Spinach Sauce.
Spinach Sauce: Saute onion in butter, add flour, stir until lightly browned, gradually stir in stock and remaining thawed drained spinach; stir until sauce boils and thickens, add cream.
