 Olive oil45 Milliliter
 675 g boneless coarse diced lean pork
 Chicken broth750 Milliliter
 500 ml cooked drained fettuccini noodles
 375 ml Creole Sauce
 Mild cheddar cheese125 Milliliter, grated
 Sharp cheddar cheese125 Milliliter, grated
 125 ml grated Havarti cheese

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat the oil in a large kettle, brown the pork.
Add the broth and bring to a boil, simmer gently for 30 minutes.
Drain and reserve the pork.
Place the noodles in a greased casserole dish.
Spread the pork over the noodles and smother with sauce.
Combine the cheeses and sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and is golden brown, serve at once.
