Pork Creole Au Gratin Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 45 Milliliter | |
| 675 g boneless coarse diced lean pork | ||
| Chicken broth | 750 Milliliter | |
| 500 ml cooked drained fettuccini noodles | ||
| 375 ml Creole Sauce | ||
| Mild cheddar cheese | 125 Milliliter, grated | |
| Sharp cheddar cheese | 125 Milliliter, grated | |
| 125 ml grated Havarti cheese | ||
Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Heat the oil in a large kettle, brown the pork.
Add the broth and bring to a boil, simmer gently for 30 minutes.
Drain and reserve the pork.
Place the noodles in a greased casserole dish.
Spread the pork over the noodles and smother with sauce.
Combine the cheeses and sprinkle over the casserole.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and is golden brown, serve at once.
