 Ground pork4 Ounce
 Water1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cornstarch1 Teaspoon
 Soy sauce2 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Sauce1/2 Teaspoon
 Dash of garlic powder
 Bean sprouts1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1/4 cup 1/8" thick diagonal slices celery
 2 green onions (with tops), cut into 1/2" pieces
 Chow mein noodles3/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Mix pork, water, cornstarch, soy sauce, sugar, browning sauce and garlic powder in 15-oz casserole [1-qt casserole].
Cover tightly and microwave on high (550 watts), stirring every 2 min, until mixture thickens and boils and pork is no longer pink, 3 to 5 min [5 to 8 min].
Stir in bean sprouts, celery and onions.
Cover tightly and microwave until vegetables are crisp-tender, 2 to 3 min [4 to 5 min].
