Pork Chops with Whole Wheat Prune Stuffing Recipe
|Pork loin chops||36 Ounce (4 Pieces, 9 Ounce Each, 1 1/4 Inches Thick, With Pocket For Stuffing)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sliced green onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried marjoram leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated orange peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Whole wheat bread slices||2 , cut into 1/2 inch cubes|
|Pitted prunes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), cut up|

In small mixing bowl, combine celery, onion and butter.
Cover with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High for 2 minutes.
Stir in marjoram, salt, orange peel and pepper.
Add bread cubes and prunes.
Fill each pocket with one-fourth of stuffing.
Arrange chops on roasting rack with bone-side toward center of rack.
Cover with wax paper.
Microwave at 70% (Medium High) for 16 to 21 minutes, or until pork near bone is no longer pink, turning chops over and rotating rack once.
Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
Garnish each chop with orange zest if desired.
