Pork Chops With Pineapple Recipe
This is a brilliant Pork Chops With Pineapple recipe! This tasty and well flavored pork preparation is a favorite amongst my friends. It absolutely worked wonders for my party last weekend! Try the Pork Chops With Pineapple and you will understand why!
Ingredients
1 x 15 1/2 oz can pineapple slices in natural juice
6 loin pork chops
1 teaspoon made mustard
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions
1 Drain pineapple slices and set aside, covered with plastic wrap, in refrigerator.
2 Mix together the mustard, soy sauce and black pepper and gradually stir in the pineapple juice. Pour the mixture over the chops, cover and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
3 Preheat a browning dish: 3 1/2 minutes on full power for small size; 6 1/2 minutes on full power for the large size. (The chops can be cooked, without soaking, directly onto the preheated skillet, if preferred.)
4 Put: the oil, butter and chops into the heated dish.
5 For the large dish: microwave on full power for 6 minutes; then turn chops over and microwave on full power for 6 minutes. Arrange chops on a heated serving dish, cover and set aside.
