Pork Chops with Onions Recipe

| 6 thick lean pork chops | ||
| Onions | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Dried thyme | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Beef | 1 Can (10oz), undiluted | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of cayenne | ||
| Dairy sour cream | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Potatoes | 12 Small, boiled | |
| Parsley | ||
Directions
In salted hot skillet brown chops; pour off any fat.
Add onions, thyme, consomme, pepper, and cayenne.
Cover and simmer slowly for about 45 minutes.
Remove chops and add sour cream; thicken with flour and a little cold water.
Season to taste and pour over chops.
Garnish with potatoes and parsley.
