 Loin pork chops- 4 (8 ounce), attached to the bone, with fat and connective tissue trimmed
 Black pepper1 To taste
 Extra-strong mustard- 2 tablespoons
 Rosemary leaves2 Tablespoon, coarsely chopped
 Dry white wine1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Fresh rosemary sprigs-4 or another fresh herb- for garnishing

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preparig a charcoal, wood, or gas grill or preheat the broiler and also preheat the oven to 400°F

MAKING
2. Lay the chops on a surface, and season with pepper.
3. On the grill, place this seasoned chops,and grill it for about 3 minutes. untill the chops are dried up completely
4. Now cook chops for about 2 minutes, until the chops have dried up on the other side
5. In an ovenproof skillet, place the chops, and brush top of the chops with mustard, and also sprinkle with rosemary leaves, and also pour white wine to the pan
7. In an oven, place the chop mixture and bake for about 8 minutes, until the pork chops are tender medium-well done
8. On a platter, arrange the chops, and spoon the remaining cooking juicesfrom the pan over them
9. Garnish with rosemary and serve immediately

SERVING
10. Serve with salads, cooked vegetables or a sauce of your choice
