Pork Chops with Mushrooms Recipe
Ingredients
| Dried mushrooms | 8 | |
| Pork chops | 5 | |
| Ginger | 1 Tablespoon, minced | |
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Rice vinegar | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Dry sherry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Beef Stock | 1 Cup (16 tbs) |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a pot, boil some water and bring to a rolling boil
2) Place the mushrooms in the boiling water for 15 minutes
3) Using a knife, cut off the fat from the chops
4) Mix together ginger, soy, sugar, rice vinegar and the sherry
5) Pour this over the chops
6) Into a skillet, pour in some oil and fry the chops
7) Reserve the marinade, and fry the chops till evenly browned
8) Once the mushrooms are cooked, place them into a colander and drain them
9) Cut off the stem of the mushrooms and then slice them
10) Add the mushrooms, along with the mushroom stock water and about 3 tablespoons of the marinade and the chops into a large pan
11) Simmer the chops on low heat for about 30 minutes
12) Meanwhile into another pot, bring about 3 quarts of water to boil with salt in it
13) Add the noodles and cook till done
14) Drain into a colander and keep aside

15) Serve the chops over some noodles
