Ingredients

 8 pork chops 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick each
 Butter2 Tablespoon
 Potatoes4 , thinly sliced
 Cream and mushroom soup10 Ounce, canned
 8 knobs of butter
 Breadcrumbs
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

–  Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
–  Season each pork chop with salt and pepper.
–  In a skillet, melt butter and sear pork chops.
–  Place in oven-proof dish, add potatoes and cream of mushroom soup, and place knobs of butter over mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes
