Pork Chops With Mushroom Sauce Recipe

| 8 pork chops 1/2 inch (1.25 cm) thick each | ||
| Butter | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Potatoes | 4 , thinly sliced | |
| Cream and mushroom soup | 10 Ounce, canned | |
| 8 knobs of butter | ||
| Breadcrumbs | ||
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
– Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
– Season each pork chop with salt and pepper.
– In a skillet, melt butter and sear pork chops.
– Place in oven-proof dish, add potatoes and cream of mushroom soup, and place knobs of butter over mixture. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 30 minutes
