Directions

MAKING
1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
2. Place the pork chops on the grill and cook each side for about 5-7 minutes each.
3. For the mint sauce: In a pan, melt butter.
4. Add malt vinegar, sugar, a dash of salt and stir until sugar melts.
5. Add the chopped mint leaves and stir and reduce for 3-4 minutes.
