Pork Chops With Browned Garlic Butter Sauce Recipe

Pork chops with browned garlic butter sauce is a herbed and spicy pork recipe. Skillet cooked with thyme, sage and spices seasoning mix of garlic, onion powder and mustard, the pork chops are fried in oil and served with prepared garlic butter sauce.

1 tablespoon salt
 
1 teaspoon onion powder
 
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
 
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
 
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage
 
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
 
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
 
12 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
 
1 1/4 cups flour
 
Vegetable oil
 
Browned Garlic-Butter Sauce

Directions

In small bowl combine salt, ohion powder, garlic powder, white pepper, dry mustard, sage, cumin and thyme; mix well.
Sprinkle pork chops with 2 tablespoons seasoning mix; pat in with hand.
On waxed paper combine remaining mix and flour.
In large skillet over medium-high heat bring 1/4 inch oil to 375 °F.
Dredge chops in seasoned flour; shake off excess.
Fry in oil 4 to 5 minutes per side or until chops are done. (Change oil if sediment starts to burn.) Dfain on paper towels.
Drizzle Browned Garlic-Butter Sauce over pork chops.
