Pork Chops With Apples & Honey Recipe
Ingredients
8 pork chops, well trimmed
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon liquid honey
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 apples, pared, cored and sliced
Directions
In a jar, put: oil, soya sauce, honey and garlic.
Close tightly and shake vigorously.
Pour on bottom of clay baker.
Line up chops.
Season.
Close and bake for 1/2 hour.
Remove clay baker (be careful of steam) and rapidly arrange apple slices, sprinkled with cinnamon, over meat.
Close again and cook another 15 minutes.
In season, when using cooking apples, which are firmer, cook an additional 15 minutes.
