Pork Chops with Apple, Cabbage and Cumin Recipe
Ingredients

| Tart Green or Red Apple - 1 | ||
| Red or Green Cabbage - 1/2 pound | ||
| Onion | 1 | |
| Ground cumin | 3 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
MAKING
1) Into a frying pan, fry the pork chops in the pork fat and then brown evenly and keep aside
2) Using a sharp knife, core the apples and slice thinly
3) Using a mandolin, slice the cabbage thinly
4) Into the skillet, add in the apple, cabbage. onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
5) Place the chops back into the skillet and cook with the lid on till tender and the vegetable become soft
SERVING
6) Serve the chops with the vegetables served over
