Pork Chops N Stuffing Recipe
Ingredients
6 pork chops
6 cups soft bread cubes
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
2/3 cup water
1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
Directions
In skillet, brown pork chops (use shortening if necessary).
Arrange in 2-quart shallow baking dish (12x8x 2").
Lightly toss bread cubes, onion, butter, 1/3 cup water, and poultry seasoning; spoon on chops.
Bake at 350°F. for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend soup and 1/3 cup water; pour over chops.
Bake 15 minutes more or until chops are tender.
