 Marinade
 Beer1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Teriyaki sauce1 Tablespoon
 Allspice1/2 Teaspoon
 Tomato Paste1 Tablespoon

 4 pork chops, 3/4 in (2 cm) thick
 2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
 Pineapple1/4 Cup (16 tbs), crushed
 Butter1 Tablespoon
 Cinnamon1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
Mix marinade ingredients together and pour over pork; let stand 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, place apples, pineapple, butter and cinnamon on large double sheet of foil.
Shape into basket and seal edges.
Drain pork and place chops along with foil basket on hot grill.
Cook everything 8 to 10 minutes, depending on taste.
Turn chops over 3 to 4 times, baste occasionally and season well.
Turn basket of apples over once.
