4 loin pork chops
3 tablespoons Madeira
1/3 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown pork chops in an electric skillet.
When tender, and a nice brown, remove them from the pan.
If there is an excess of fat in the pan, pour it off.
Add Madeira and sour cream, stirring well into the gravy, and scraping the pan to loosen any particles of meat that may adhere.
Now return the pork chops to the pan and cook for another 5-10 minutes, frequently basting the chops.
