Pork Chops Indiana Recipe
Ingredients
4 smoked pork chops
1 can (8 1/2 ounces) whole-kernel corn
1 cup bread cubes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon sage
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 tablespoon instant onion
1 1/4/ cups diced peeled apple
2 tablespoons butter, melted
How to make Pork Chops Indiana
Brown pork chops on both sides.Drain corn, save 1/4 cup liquid and lightly mix corn and 1/4 cup liquid with remaining ingredients.
Spoon into buttered shallow 1 1/2 -quart casserole.
Arrange chops on top of mixture.
Cover and bake in a 350° F.oven for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
