Pork Chops In Raisin Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 pork loin or rib chops | ||
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), thinly sliced | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Raisins | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Stewed tomatoes | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| 1 or 2 pickled chili peppers, chopped | ||
Directions
Make small cuts in each pork chop with sharp knife; insert slice of garlic in each cut.
Cook pork in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until brown; drain.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until pork is done, 25 to 30 minutes.
