Pork Chops In Non-Stick Pan Recipe

4 pork chops, boned and trimmed
1 c. chopped onion
Directions
Spray bottom of pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place pork chops in pan.
Brown one side, then turn and brown other side.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour onion between pork chops.
When onion is clear, serve.
