Pork Chops and Sauerkraut Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 shoulder pork chops | ||
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Sauerkraut | 2 Cup (16 tbs), drained | |
| 1 apple, cored and sliced | ||
Directions
1. Wipe the chops with a clean, wet cloth. Sear the meat on both sides in a hot skillet. Sprinkle with salt.
2. Cover with sauerkraut. Top with apple slices. Cover the skillet and simmer gently 1 hour, or until chops are tender.
