Directions
MAKING
1 For the Stuffing: In a microwave safe, medium sized bowl, mix all the stuffing ingredients and combine well.
2 Microwave at high (100% power), 2 minutes, stirring several times.
3 On each side of the chop, make deep slits and put the stuffing mixture inside.
4 Seal using wooden picks.
5 In a microwave-safe 12-by-7 1/2-by-2-inch utensil, arrange the prepared chops in a single layer with thickest meaty areas toward edge and end piece toward center of utensil.
6 In a small bowl, mix water with 1/4 teaspoon gravy seasoning.
7 Brush the chops with half of this mixture.
8 Using a waxed paper, cover the chops.
9 Microwave at medium (50% power), 20 minutes.
10 Turn the chops around and brush again with the remaining seasoning mixture.
11 Cover gain with the waxed paper.
12 Microwave at medium (50% power), 15 minutes, or until tender.

13 Remove from oven; let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
