Italian Seasoned Pork Chops Recipe
|Pork loin chops||4 , cut 1/2 inch thick|
|Canned vegetable juice cocktail||6 Ounce (1 Can, 3/4 Cup)|
|Finely chopped onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Canned diced green chili peppers||3 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Dried italian seasoning||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Garlic powder||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||3 Drop (Few Drops Required)|
|Hot cooked rice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|

For marinade, combine vegetable juice cocktail, onion, green chili peppers, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and bottled hot pepper sauce.
Place a plastic bag in a medium mixing bowl.
Put the chops in the plastic bag.
Pour marinade over chops.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours, turning occasionally to coat all sides of the chops.
Drain chops; reserve marinade.
Place chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes.
Turn chops; broil for 4 to 8 minutes more or till no pink remains.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan bring reserved marinade to boiling.
