Pork Chop Suey Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup water or dry white sherry | ||
| Soy sauce | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 1 pkg. basic pork mix, defrosted | ||
| Mixed vegetables | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| Bamboo shoots | 1 Can (10oz), drained | |
| 1/2 cup chopped green onions | ||
| 4 servings chow mein noodles | ||
Directions
In 1 -cup measure combine water, soy sauce and cornstarch.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes or until thick, stirring once during cooking.
Set aside.
In 2-qt casserole microwave celery and butter at High 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Stir in thickened sauce and remaining ingredients except chow mein noodles.
Microwave at High 6 to 9 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after half the cooking time.
Microwave at High 1 to 2 minutes or until thick, stirring once during cooking.
Set aside.
