Pork Mushroom Chop Suey Recipe
Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 cup leeks, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, minced
1/4 cup water chestnuts, sliced
2 cups cooked pork, diced
2 cups chicken broth
3 tbsp soy sauce
8 oz bean sprouts
Salt and pepper
Directions
In a skillet, melt butter.
Saute onions, leeks, mushrooms and water chestnuts.
Add pork.
Cook 5 minutes.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bring to a boil.
Over low heat, continue cooking 8 minutes.
