Pork Chop Roll Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork chops | 6 | |
| Celery | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| 3 cups cubed day-old bread | ||
| Parsley | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
1. Brown the pork chops in a little butter in a frying pan.
2. Add the onion and celery and cook until golden brown. Mix in the bread cubes, salt, pepper and parsley.
3. At the end of a loaf pan, place a pork chop fat side up. Alternate stuffing and chops, ending with a pork chop.
4. Bake in a slow oven 250°F (120°C) for 2 hours.
