 Pork loin chops2
 Vegetable oil1 Tablespoon
 Onion1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 Green pepper1/4 Cup (16 tbs), diced
 1/2 cup uncooked regular rice
 Canned tomatoes1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Salt1 Teaspoon
 Sugar1/2 Teaspoon
 Prepared mustard1/2 Teaspoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

GETTING READY
1.Preheat the oven at 350 degrees.
2.In a pan, heat water with salt and cook chicken in it until tender.
3.Once done, allow the chicken to come to room temperature and then remove its bones.
4.Slice the chicken into quarters.

MAKING
5.Follow the package instructions and cook broccoli.
6.In a bowl, mix soup,mayonnaise, milk, cheese, lemon juice and curry powder.
7.Take a greased 2 quart casserole and spread a layer of chicken on it.
8.Add the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken.
9.Mix butter and breadcrumbs and spread them in the casserole.
10.Put the dish for baking for 350 degrees.

SERVING
11.Serve hot.
