 Tomatoes6 Large
 Apples3 Large, sliced
 Onion1 Large, sliced
 Green pepper1 , sliced
 Tomato juice2 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 orange, sectioned
 Corn kernel1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Peas1 Cup (16 tbs)
 Bay Leaf1
 Vinegar2 Tablespoon
 Brown sugar3 Tablespoon
 Salt To Taste
 Pepper To Taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a covered casserole.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours at 350°F.
Thicken with 1 tablespoon cornstarch and 1/2 cup tomato juice.
Bring to boiling point.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
