Slow-Baked Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork chops | 4 | |
| Mushroom onion | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Rice | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Water | 1/4 Can (10oz) |
Directions
Boil or fry chops to remove excess fat.
Place rice in casserole dish and cover with chops.
Pour soup and water (previously mixed together) over top of chops.
Bake in 350°F oven for 1 1/4 hours.
(I usually double.)
