Pork Chop Casserole In Celery Soup Recipe
Ingredients

| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Cream of celery | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Onion | 1 Medium, finely chopped | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Parsley flakes | 1 1/2 Teaspoon, dried |
Directions
Brush pork chops with worcestershire sauce and brown in the 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet on a conventional surface unit.
In a small bowl combine celery soup, onion, pepper and parsley flakes.
Pour half the celery soup mixture in a 3-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic baking dish.
Place pork chops on top and pour remaining sauce over pork chops.
Heat, uncovered, on simmer for 22 to 24 minutes.
Pork should always be cooked to well-done.
