Pork chops - 4 (about 1 pound)
Condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 can (10 1/2 ounces)
Sour cream - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Chopped parsley - 2 tablespoons
Thinly sliced potatoes - 4 cups
Salt - to taste
Pepper - to taste
Directions
GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 375° F.
MAKING
2) In a skillet, cook the pork chops, until browned on both sides.
3) In a bowl, blend the mushroom soup, sour cream, water, and parsley together.
4) In a 2-quart casserole, arrange layers of potatoes sprinkled with salt and pepper and sauce alternately.
5) Top with the browned pork chops.
6) Cover and bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours.
