Pork Casserole Recipe
Pork Casserole was my family cook's signature dish, now that he's gone I have taken up the task of preparing it for the family. It is always prepared with Pork as the key ingredient. Serve this tasty Side Dish as often as you like! There is no bigger sin than reading this recipe of Pork Casserole and not trying it out.
Ingredients
2 pounds lean pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
2(16 ounce) large cans sauerkraut, drained
2 medium onions, sliced
3 cups water
Directions
Brown pork in skillet and set aside.
Spread 1/2 of sauerkraut in a 2-quart greased casserole.
Cover with 1 onion.
Place pork on top.
Layer onions and sauerkraut on top of pork.
Pour water over all, cover and bake.
