Pork Balls with Macaroni Recipe
Ingredients
| White bread slice | 3 | |
| Milk | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Ground pork | 1 pound | |
| Onion | 1 Small, chopped | |
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash of nutmeg | ||
| 1 egg Cornstarch | ||
| Butter/Margarine | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Chicken bouillon cubes | 2 | |
| Water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| 1 cup uncooked broken macaroni or elbows | ||
| Chopped parsley | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In milk soak bread and crumble it.
2) Mix with pork, onion, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and egg.
3) Divide and shape into 12 balls. Roll the balls in cornstarch.
4) Heat butter in a skillet and brown balls on all sides.
5) Mix bouillon cubes, water, and garlic and cook covered in simmering heat for 30 minutes.
6) Stir in macaroni and cook for 20 minutes. Add some water if required.
SERVING
7) Sprinkle parsley on top.
