| Water chestnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| 1/4 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger | ||

| Peanut oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except the peanut oil and cornstarch.
2) Mix gently, shape into bite-sized balls and lightly dust the balls with the cornstarch.
3) In a skillet or fryer, heat the peanut oil to 375° F and fry the pork balls until they are properly cooked.
SERVING
4) Serve immediately in a nice plate.
