Ingredients
| Ground pork | 1 pound | |
| Water chestnuts | 1 Cup (16 tbs), coarsely chopped | |
| 1/4 cup finely chopped crystallized ginger | ||
| 1 egg, lightly beaten | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Cornstarch | ||
| Peanut oil | 2 Cup (16 tbs) (For frying) | |
Directions
1. Mix lightly all the ingredients except the cornstarch and peanut oil.
2. Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls and dust lightly with cornstarch.
3. Heat the peanut oil to 375° F. Deep-fry the pork balls until they are cooked through
