 4 ounces sliced Apricot-Glazed Pork Roast, cut into strips
 Cooked pasta2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
 Pepper1/8 Teaspoon
 Salt1 Dash
 1/2 cup refrigerated light alfredo sauce

Directions

1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, broccoli, and onion; saute 5 minutes or until tender. Add pork, fettuccine, pepper, and salt; saute 2 minutes. Stir in alfredo sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
