Pork and Vegetable Alfredo Recipe
Ingredients
| Olive oil | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Mushrooms | 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced | |
| Broccoli | 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Onion | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| 4 ounces sliced Apricot-Glazed Pork Roast, cut into strips | ||
| Cooked pasta | 2 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| 1/2 cup refrigerated light alfredo sauce | ||
Directions
1. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms, broccoli, and onion; saute 5 minutes or until tender. Add pork, fettuccine, pepper, and salt; saute 2 minutes. Stir in alfredo sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
