Patty Ingredients:
 
1/2 package soft tofu
 
2 cloves garlic(crushed)
 
2 tbsp green onion
 
1 pound ground pork
 
1 tbsp soy sauce
 
1 egg
 
2 tbsp flour
 
6-8 tbsp oil (for frying)
 
5-6 tbsp flour( for coating)
 
Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
 
2 tbsp soy sauce
 
1 tbsp sesame oil
 
1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
 
1 clove garlic(crushed)
 
1/4 tsp red chilli pepper
 
1 tbsp green onion
 
1 pinch sugar

Directions

In a large bowl, mix all the patty ingredients and keep aside.
Meanwhile, in a small serving bowl, add all the dipping sauce ingredients. Mix well and keep aside.
Shape the mixture into small patties. Coat well in the flour. In a pan, shallow fry the patties in heated oil. Fry on a low heat until evenly brown. Remove on a paper towel.
Serve with the dipping sauce.
