Ingredients

 
Pork- 1 pound, cut into julienne
 
Onions- 1 cup, minced
 
Oil- 4 tablespoons
 
Water- 4 tablespoons
 
Mushrooms- 3/4 cup, coarsely chopped
 
Raw Shrimp- 1/4 pound, shelled, deveined and diced
 
Salt- 2 teaspoons
 
Dried Ground Chili Peppers- 1/4 teaspoon
 
Basil- 1/4 teaspoon
 
Eggs- 8nos

Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet heat 2 tablespoon of oil brown the pork and onions.
2) Add the water, cover and simmer for 10 minutes
3) Stir in the mushrooms, shrimps, salt, chili peppers and basil.
4) Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
5) Let it cool for 10 minutes.
6) Beat the eggs and stir in the pork mixture.

FINALIZING
7) In a 9 inch skillet, heat the remaining oil.
8) Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into it.
9) Simmer until delicately browned on both sides.
10) Remove and keep warm and prepare the rest.

SERVING
11) Serve hot in a flat serving platter.
