Ingredients

 PORK BALLS
 Pork400 Gram, minced
 Ginger1/4 Teaspoon, finely grated
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Spring onions2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
 PRAWN BALLS
 Raw prawns - 400 g
 Soft white bread - 1 slice
 Egg yolk1
 Cornflour1 Teaspoon
 Pork/chicken stock - 6 cups
 Bamboo shoots3 Tablespoon, canned (SOUP)
 Chinese wine - 1 tbsp
 Spring onions2 Tablespoon, finely chopped (SOUP)
 Sesame oil1/2 Teaspoon (SOUP)

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Combine all the ingredients for the pork balls and form into balls about the size of large marbles
2. In a saucepan, bring the stock to a boil and drop the balls and bamboo shoots, bring to a boil, turn the heat down and simmer for ten minutes

MAKING
3. Shell and devein prawns and chop them up very finely; mix together with all the other ingredients and form balls the same size as the pork balls and cook for another ten minutes
4. Remove them and set aside and prepare the soup
5. Into the stock, add Chinese wine or dry sherry and stir till the soup is clear for say a minute; add sesame oil and add the pork and prawn balls into it

SERVING
6. Garnish with finely chopped spring onions and serve
