Pork And Pear Stew Recipe

Ingredients
| 6 pound pork shoulder, boned and cubed | ||
| Oil | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Onions | 2 Medium, thinly sliced | |
| Salt | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Pears | 3 Large, sliced | |
| Celery ribs | 6 , sliced | |
| Carrots | 6 , sliced | |
Directions
1) Saute the onions in the oil until onions are transparent.
2) Lightly season the pork with the salt and pepper, add to onions and brown. Add the remaining ingredients, cover, and bring to boil. Lower flame and simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until the pork is tender.
