Pork And Lamb Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
1 1/2 Ibs potatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper
1 lb lamb shoulder, boned, cubed
1 lb pork shoulder, boned, cubed
2 onions, finely sliced
2/3 cup white wine
2 tbsp butter, diced
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
Cover bottom of a buttered casserole dish with half the potato slices.
Season with salt and pepper.
Spread layers of lamb cubes, pork cubes and sliced onions.
Pour in wine.
Add remaining potatoes.
Dot with butter.
Cover.
Cook in oven 75 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
