Pork And Corn Bread Bake Recipe
Ingredients
| Pork | 1 pound, cubed | |
| Tomato sauce | 2 Can (10oz) | |
| Whole kernel corn | 1 pound, drained | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1/2 cup Pillsbury's Best All Purpose Flour | ||
| Corn meal | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Topping) | |
| Sugar | 1 Tablespoon (Topping) | |
| Baking powder | 2 Teaspoon (Topping) | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon (Topping) | |
| 1 tablespoon sweet pepper flakes | ||
| Milk | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) (Topping) | |
| Egg | 1 (Topping) | |
| Cooking oil | 2 Tablespoon (Topping) | |
Directions
Place pork in 2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 400° for 45 minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, corn and salt.
Pour Topping over pork mixture.
Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes.
Topping: Combine flour, corn meal, sugar, baking powder, salt and pepper flakes in mixing bowl.
Combine milk, egg and oil.
Add to dry ingredients all at once; stirring just until blended
