Pork and Chinese Cabbage In Orange Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
| Orange juice | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chinese Cabbage | 1 Cup (16 tbs), shredded | |
| Cider vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Teaspoons | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Granulated brown sugar - 1 teaspoon | ||
| Arrowroot - 1 teaspoon, dissolved in 1 tablespoon water | ||
| Broiled pork cubes - 6 ounces (1-inch cubes) | ||
Directions
MAKING
1 In 1-quart saucepan, add orange juice and bring to a boil.
2 Add in cabbage, vinegar, apricot spread, and sugar.
3 Cook until the cabbage is slightly softened, stirring occasionally.
4 Pour in the dissolved arrowroot and cook stirring constantly until the mixture is thickened.
5 Stir in the pork and cook until heated throughly.
SERVING
6 Serve hot.
