 Boneless pork225 Gram
 Skinless boneless chicken225 Gram
 30 ml saf flower oil
 Onion1 Small, diced
 Red bell pepper125 Milliliter, diced

 Oyster sauce60 Milliliter
 30 ml soya sauce
 Cornstarch5 Milliliter
 15 ml sherry or water

Directions

Dice the pork and chicken into bite size pieces.
Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet.
Fry the meats for 3 minutes.
Add the vegetables and fry until tender.
Add the oyster sauce and soya sauce.
Simmer for 2 minutes.
Mix the cornstarch with the sherry and stir into chicken.
Simmer until thick.
Serve over rice or noodles.
