Directions

Marinate the PORK FILLET with 4 TABLESPOONS OF OYSTER SAUCE and 1/2 TEASPOON OF BLACK PEPPER POWDER for at least 15 minutes or more.

After 15 minutes of marinating the meat, Heat the oil on high heat, sauteed the spices like the ONIONS & CHOPPED GARLIC. Add the PORK FILLET and the OYSTER SAUCE for taste. Simmer for at least 5 minutes or until the meat is half cook, add TOMATO SAUCE, simmer again for another 5 minutes, add the CARROTS after 3 minutes add the POTATOES. Don€™t wait until your carrots is totally cook before you put your potatoes or else your carrots will be overcook. Lastly add the BELL PEPPER GREEN, cook for at least 1 minute and serve.
