Porcupines In Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients

| Tomato sauce | 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Sauce) | |
| Chicken broth | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), canned (Sauce) | |
| Garlic | 1/8 Teaspoon, minced (Sauce) | |
Directions
"Porcupines":
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In medium bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients for "porcupines"; shape into 8 equal balls.
Spray a 1-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray and arrange turkey balls in casserole.
Sauce and Bake: In small bowl thoroughly combine all ingredients for sauce; pour over "porcupines." Cover casserole and bake for 1 hour, turning "porcupines" once during baking.
