Eggless Porcupine Meatballs Recipe
This Porcupine Meatballs recipe is going to be bigger hit than Avatar movie. This Porcupine Meatballs is never going to fail as a Side Dish. It is always prepared with a focus on Beef. I cant believe you just have not tried my Porcupine Meatballs recipe, yet.
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
3/4 cup uncooked rice
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons chopped onion
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
3 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine the ground beef, rice, milk, onion, the 1 1/2 teaspoons salt and the 1/8 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl and mix well.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
Arrange in a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish so that sides are not touching.
Combine the tomato sauce, flour and the salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl and whisk to blend, adding water if sauce is too thick.
Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
Bake, tightly covered, at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
