Porcupine Meat Balls Recipe

Ingredients
Beef – ½ pound, ground
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Uncooked Rice – ½ cup
Onion – 1 small, finely minced
Fat – 2 tablespoons
Canned Tomato Puree – 1 (10 ½ ounce)
Water – 1 cup
Green Pepper – 2 tablespoons, diced
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Directions
MAKING
1) In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, salt, pepper, rice and onion
2) Using the hands, shape into balls
3) In a skillet, add in the oil, fry the beef balls till browned
4) Add in the tomato puree, water, green pepper and sugar and mix well
5) Cover the skillet, and simmer for 40 minutes till the rice becomes tender
SERVING
6) Serve the dish warm
