Beef Porcupine Meatballs Recipe
Ingredients
| Ground beef | 1 Pound | |
| Water | 1 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Rice | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs), uncooked | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic powder | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| Tomato sauce | 15 Ounce, can | |
| Onion | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs), chopped | |
| 1/2 tsp. celery salt | ||
| Dry mustard | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Mix meat, rice, water, onion, salt, garlic powder and pepper.
Shape mixture into balls.
Place meatballs in ungreased baking dish.
Stir remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Cover with foil; bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
