Pop's Egg Salad Recipe

Ingredients
| Lettuce leaves | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Shredded cabbage | 4 Cup (64 tbs) | |
| Onions | 6 Medium, sliced | |
| Hard-cooked eggs | 12 , sliced | |
| Vinegar | 2 | |
| Salad oil | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Paprika | 1 Dash | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Grated sharp cheese | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) |
Directions
Line a salad bowl with the lettuce leaves.
Fill with layers of shredded cabbage, onion slices and egg slices.
Combine vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, paprika and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix well and pour over top of salad.
Sprinkle with the cheese and garnish with parsley.
