Poppy Seed Cake Recipe
Ingredients
| Spice cake mix | 1 | |
| 1 caramel instant pudding (3 3/4 oz.) | ||
| Cooking oil | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Eggs | 4 standard | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Poppy seeds | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
Blend all in large mixer bowl for 2 or 3 minutes.
Pour into greased 10" tube or bundt pan and bake for 50 minutes at 350°.
Cool upright on rack for 25 minutes then invert on serving plate.
Dust with icing sugar if desired.
